Presently, the Bank has 25
fully computerised branches
plus 1 extension counter of
Panvel branch, with
convenient timings and at
strategic locations, in and
around Mumbai which extends
comprehensive banking
services to one and all, on
professional lines.
The Bank aims at total
customer satisfaction by
rendering efficient, quick
and diversified services at
reasonable cost through the
use of modern technology.
The Bank has always strived
to provide the best of
services to its ever loyal
customers, predominantly
comprising of the middle
class segment of the
society.
Customers interest is our
top-most priority when it
comes to delivery of
products. To this end, the
Bank is constantly
developing customized
products and services aimed
at individuals, business
fraternity, women
entrepreneurs, SSI, SME
including the trade at
large.
The Bank is managed by the
Board of Directors,
comprising of eminent
personalities from diverse
fields, having rich
experience,
as per the Provisions of MSC
Act 1960.
Shri Ram Prakash Mishra
is a qualified Company
Secretary with B.SC., LL.M.
He is associated with the
Co-operative Sector for more
than 21 years. Shri Mishra
joined the Board as Director
in the year 1993 and was
elected as vice- Chairman in
the year 2000. He was
elected as Chairman in
September 2001, again in
2003 and once again
re-elected as the Chairman
in July 2008. His rich
experience in industry and
corporate world for over 20
years helps the Bank in many
ways. He is well respected
for his versatile knowledge
and commitment by the
Regulators. He is actively
associated with many social
and cultural organizations.
Shri D. J. Mukadam hails from
a family of industrialists.
He is associated with
University of Mumbai as
Senate Member as also with
many educational and social
institutions. He is a
Commerce graduate with
management course in
Advertising and carries rich
experience as an
industrialist. Elected as a
Director to the Board of the
Bank in September 2003 and
elected as Vice Chairman, in July 2008.
The Board formulates the
broad policies and
supervises the working of
the Bank. Various
Sub-Committees of the Board
have been formed to have
focused attention on
diversified banking
functions. All the Directors
provide their expertise in
policy making. The
day-to-day management vests
with the Management Team of
professional bankers with
Shri. N.D. Behere, as the
Chief Executive Officer.
